On Location BookingsThe best time to book for weekend events would be 6 -9 month prior the event day. To secure an appointment, a signed contract is required with 50% deposit due at the time of signing. The deposit is non-refundable, non trasferable and non-creditable to any other date or events. Please be advised, dates and scheduled hair/makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and deposit are received.

Cancellation PolicyAll deposit are non-refundable, non-transferable and non creditable to other date or event. Cancellation should be made in writing via email at the client's earliest convenience. For bridal booking: Clients must notify Bright Crystal Wedding via email at least 30 days before the event. Cancellations within 30 days will incur a $300 fee in addition to the deposit.

Traveling feeTRAVELING FEE STARTING POINT FROM OUR STUDIO. Additional fee may be applied to travel to outside of Los Angeles County and Orange County for each artist. WE CHARGE $10 PER ARTIST FOR FIRST 10 MILES. $3/ MILES WILL BE CHARGED FOR ADDITIONAL MILES. ADDITIONAL TRAVELING FEE WILL BE ADDED FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ARTIST Catalina Island : Traveling fee $300 / Artist + Ferry, Ferry Paring, Transportation.

Bridal Trial sessionTo ensure the perfect look for your wedding day. You will meet your artist in person and you will have full hair and makeup services experience. Bridal hair and makeup for wedding day price does not includes trial session. Hair + makeup trial sesion will take about 2~3 hours.
